Return Policy at My Bold Press:

At My Bold Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return/exchange process. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility

  • Returns must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at ditchthebland@myboldpress.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Include as many details as possible, including video and/or photography of the defect.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method or offer an exchange for an alternative item.
  • Refunds will be issued for the product purchase price only; rush shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at ditchthebland@myboldpress.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will provide assistance and arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Please note: Contact us before making a return! We use a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
